Return Policy:
In order to keep our prices at the lowest level, some of the products you purchase through iCU1.COM are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or other security stocking houses.  Most however are IN STOCK.

Due to the fact that we must physically carry returns until they are resold, AND that under normal circumstances shipping is FREE, we charge a 25% Restock Fee for items returned for other reasons than defective merchandise. Defective merchandise will be covered by warranty and will be replaced with identical items.    Special upgraded shipping can not be refunded.

Please call if you have questions before you order, so that you will receive the correct information and parts for the job. Also any defective merchandise requires prior authorization for an RMA before return.

This policy does not limit Industrial Covert Unlimited (iCU1.COM) from offering other options favorable to the buyer at our discretion. For any other information regarding ICU and iCU1.COM and our operation feel free to give us a call.

No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days.
